COGNAC D'USSE GETS A SPECIAL TRAY BY BLOOM DESIGN IN MIAMI

Made of a steel and anchored by the Cross of Lorraine – France’s fabled emblem of courage, honor and perseverance – the D’USSÉ™ bottle and serving tray was designed and created to be utilized in upscale establishments where the bold, yet remarkably smooth Cognac will be enjoyed.
D’USSÉ™ was created by 20-year veteran Cellar Master Michel Casavecchia, and naturally aged at least four and a half years in the cellars of France’s Chateau de Cognac, one of the oldest cognac houses in the country. With a 200-year legacy in blending some of the world’s finest spirits, Chateau de Cognac, holds D’USSÉ™ VSOP as one of its most distinguished accomplishments.
“After years as the curator at the Chateau de Cognac, I was given the opportunity to put my blending skills to the test,” said Casavecchia. “I developed my own vision of a distinctively bold, yet remarkably smooth Cognac. With an appreciation for the heavy responsibility that goes along with every decision in the Cognac making process, I was honored to set forth an important legacy with D’USSÉ.”
